On the upper floors, you can enjoy a pleasant view of the cityscape. The breakfast features dishes typical of Kanazawa, with a rich variety of Japanese side dishes. It's fun to choose your favorite ingredients and create your own seafood bowl. Bread is also provided, and you can enjoy combining fruits with yogurt. The coffee has a noticeable acidity and a refreshing aftertaste. In a calm space typical of a hotel, I was able to relax comfortably.
