A short walk from the station, a fragrant smell of fried food wafts through the air. Since they fry it after you order, the coating is thin and has a crispy texture that is superb. It's delightful that you can enjoy not only thighs and breasts but also neck and cartilage. The marinade is well-soaked with garlic soy sauce, and with every bite, the meat juices spread. Mixing it with mayonnaise or yuzu pepper makes for a fun change in flavor that keeps your chopsticks moving. The staff is friendly, and it felt like no time at all waiting for my order in this warm shop.
