The 'GAKU Chocolate Sand - Caramel Apple' is a seasonal limited product that is an arrangement of the flavor of GAKU's most popular product, GAKU Chocolate Sand - Shinshu Apple. It features two layers mixed with plenty of caramel and white chocolate, along with the texture of chunky Shinshu apples. The combination of the fragrant caramel and the tartness of the apples creates a slightly more adult flavor than the Shinshu apple. Enjoy the deepening taste of Shinshu apples this autumn.

Matcha is made using matcha from the sixth generation head of a tea shop that has continued the tradition of Uji tea in Kyoto for over 150 years. We prioritized the compatibility with the highest quality Valrhona chocolate that GAKU is particular about, blending it to enhance the unique slight bitterness of matcha while bringing out the mellow sweetness of Uji tea.
