At a shop in Kyobashi, you can enjoy a course that blends Japanese and Italian cuisine perfectly. The interior has both counter and table seating, and it's clean with a view of the kitchen that adds excitement. The careful craftsmanship is evident from the appetizers to the last dish, offering a light and easy-to-eat flavor. Dishes like jasmine rice with broth and a dish of sea bream and asparagus have a fresh twist with a hint of Western influence within the Japanese context. The spaghetti retains the flavors of the ingredients, and you can also feel the Japanese elements, making it enjoyable. The flow from dessert to after-meal drinks is pleasant, leaving a long-lasting aftertaste.
