Seasonal ingredients from Nara and Hokkaido are fused together and prepared using classic French techniques. The small, multi-plate course allows for a well-balanced presentation of seafood, vegetables, and meat dishes. By collaborating with a renowned Sapporo restaurant for supervision, both refined flavors and warm composition are achieved.

Located on the first floor of the hotel and within walking distance from Kintetsu Nara Station. The interior, inserted with wood and stone, is quiet and serene, and the view of Nara Park may be seen outside the window. The space offers a sense of tranquility and sophistication suitable for anniversaries and dinners.

Opened on November 11, 2008 in Todaiji-cho, Nara City. We have been pursuing a culinary experience that is conscious of the local culture and climate, and have provided new value as a hotel dining room in the historical city of Nara. The restaurant has become a favorite of both locals and visitors alike, with its use of "Nara's unique" ingredients and the creation of a unique atmosphere.

Executive Chef Sengoku joined Royal Hotel and studied at a three-star restaurant in France. After working at Kuroyon Royal Hotel in Nagano and Rihga Royal Hotel, he assumed his current position in 2017. He delivers quality dishes that fuse tradition and creativity.
