Among the many wineries in Yamanashi Prefecture, this winery has a long history and is famous as a wine designated by the Imperial Family. Since its opening, it has been dedicated to the full-bodied wine in the French Bordeaux style. It balances the black grape Cabernet Franc, representing the Bordeaux region, with the black grape Black Queen, representing Japan. You can enjoy the fruity flavor, richness, depth, and aroma.
A dry sparkling wine made from Koshu grapes grown in the Minamino district where the winery is located, using the same production method as Champagne, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and aged for 20 months. The fine bubbles and refreshing aroma reminiscent of Japanese citrus fruits complement the gentle taste and richness unique to fresh Koshu grapes.
A high-quality white wine made from Koshu grapes grown in Yamanashi Prefecture, with a focus on compatibility with food and a friendly and pleasant taste. It has a refreshing and youthful impression.
