This was my first visit and I had lunch. The meat was marinated in a special sauce and was very tasty. Also, the free refill of rice during lunch time is a nice touch, and the lunch and meat set offers a great value for money and delicious meat. The first dish I tried, the green onion salt tongue, was thick yet tender, and the fragrant green onion sauce made me feel happy. The grilled liver had no unpleasant smell and paired surprisingly well with the slightly sweet sauce. The specialty chiri-tori hot pot, with its special miso sauce and onions, brings out the richness and fully enhances the flavor of the offal. It's also fun to add spiciness and garlic with the table condiments to customize it to your liking. Adding udon at the end allows you to enjoy the soup without wasting any, and I was completely satisfied until the very end.
