Questa volta ho soggiornato in un hotel vicino, quindi ho cercato un ristorante che sembrasse buono nei dintorni dell'hotel e ho prenotato al ristorante "Shunsai Nanatsuboshi".
L'interno del ristorante era molto pulito e aveva un'atmosfera tranquilla. Tutti i membri dello staff erano cordiali, accoglienti e ci hanno servito con un sorriso, facendomi sentire che era un "buon ristorante" anche prima di assaporare il cibo.
Questa volta ho ordinato, tra i piatti consigliati, gelatina di ostriche, tataki di pollo, tonno scottato con ponzu, vongole al vapore con sake, asparagi avvolti nella carne e birra alla spina.
Particolarmente memorabile è stato il tataki di pollo. Era ben preparato, con un condimento equilibrato e un leggero profumo affumicato, ed era davvero delizioso.
Le ostriche erano incredibilmente grandi e, per la prima volta nella mia vita, ho assaggiato ostriche crude, che erano molto cremose e senza odore, e sono rimasto colpito da quanto fossero buone.
Anche gli asparagi avvolti nella carne erano incredibilmente spessi e succosi, con una consistenza croccante che rimaneva perfettamente. Si abbinavano splendidamente alla carne ed erano un piatto molto memorabile.
Le vongole al vapore con sake erano anche esse grandi e soddisfacenti, con un profumo fresco di yuzu che era sublime. Il brodo, ricco di sapore, era così buono che volevo berlo fino all'ultima goccia.
Ogni piatto era preparato con cura ed era davvero delizioso, e naturalmente la birra andava giù sempre più facilmente. Ho trascorso un momento molto soddisfacente grazie ai piatti che esaltano la qualità degli ingredienti e al servizio piacevole.
Se avrò l'opportunità di visitare Kameyama, sarà un ristorante che vorrò sicuramente visitare di nuovo. Posso raccomandarlo con fiducia sia ai locali che a chi visita Kameyama per lavoro o per turismo.
