Era fantastico come si dice! È iniziato con la spiegazione del capo, "La tua anguilla la gestisci tu!"
Ho mangiato il shirayaki per la prima volta e l'ho assaporato con il sale. Era soffice e la consistenza era eccezionale.
La porzione era soddisfacente con riso, zuppa di miso, tofu freddo e pomodoro, e il riso era illimitato.
L'aspetto esterno e l'interno del ristorante hanno un'atmosfera retro,
è irresistibile per chi ama questo stile, ahah.
Dopo aver finito di mangiare,
devi riportare tutto in cucina da solo, altrimenti ti sgridano, ahah.
Anche le bevande si prendono da soli al secondo piano,
è stato innovativo!
