This is a trattoria-style course designed for sharing. The meal features five dishes, starting with appetizers made with ingredients from Nara, followed by pasta, the chef’s daily special, and dishes not listed on the regular menu. *As this is a pair course, reservations are accepted for parties of two or more. A pasta that allows you to enjoy Nara-grown vegetables, featuring a hollowed-out yuzu filled with a mixture of miso, rice flour, and buckwheat flour, steamed, wrapped in straw, and dried, known as 'Tsukigawa Yubeshi'.
