The open kitchen has a vibrant atmosphere, and the aroma of the first dashi lifts my spirits. Various seasonal small dishes are served, and the combinations of each are delightful. The soup with the bowl's fish paste and plenty of mushrooms has a gentle umami flavor, with a subtle fragrance of yuzu. The offerings, including sashimi, fried chicken, and simmered dishes, are well-presented, and the Spanish mackerel, sea bream, and shrimp are beautiful and delicious. For the finale, there are options like rice with fermented fish, curry udon, and scallop kamameshi, which is nice because I can choose based on my mood. The attentive service is also pleasant, and the satisfaction continues all the way to the final sweet treat.
