The main course is specially selected Agu pork. Nagoya. Please enjoy the sweetness and flavor of the fatty meat of Agu pork in our special broth! Two kinds of small potted dishes will be served from Okinawan specialties. Please experience "Okinawa" for yourself!
In addition to the specially selected Agu pork, this course features "hiwuchi," a rare part of beef that can only be obtained from a single cow. Hiuchi" is a part of the thigh meat that is lean but has a moderate amount of fat! It has a round, tender flavor and is juicy and delicious due to its high marbling, and you can taste the deliciousness of the thigh and its unique richness! Angel prawns, which are cultivated on an island known as the closest to heaven, and jade eyes (abalone), which are both soft and resilient with a strong flavor, are also part of the course, allowing you to enjoy both meat and seafood in a luxurious setting!
