As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a smile, and it feels comfortable. The small interior has a calm atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy even alone. The meat, gently grilled on a shichirin (a small charcoal grill), has a wonderful aroma, and every cut is tender. You can feel the commitment to black wagyu beef, and the beautiful cuts are easy to eat. The variety is limited, allowing you to taste a little bit of everything according to your mood. The balance of the sauces is also good, and the staff carefully explains your preferences and characteristics, making it taste even better.
