We take pride in our golden soup, which has remained unchanged for over 30 years since our establishment. Our chicken meatballs, developed through trial and error, are also exquisite. Please be sure to try our water boiled chicken at Manya.
A classic spicy offal hot pot seasoned sweet and spicy, based on the chicken broth used for water-boiled chicken. It is not as spicy as it looks and is a proud dish loved by regulars and first-timers alike. For the finish, both ramen and rice porridge are recommended.
We use our homemade soup, which is luxuriously made for Mizutaki. It is seasoned with soy sauce and garlic, making it a delicious hot pot until the end. We recommend using champon noodles for the final dish.
