As I enter the restaurant, a wonderful aroma of spices wafts through the air, making me excited. The dal bhat, which includes dal and two types of curry, has a rich creaminess from the beans, and the distinct flavors of each curry keep it interesting. The sautéed spinach is refreshing and pairs perfectly with the rich curry. On another day, I ordered a set of butter chicken and saag chicken, which had a nice thickness and a sweet and spicy richness that is addictive. The freshly baked naan is large, and with the addition of papad, it is very satisfying. The mango lassi I ordered for dessert was rich in fruit flavor and enjoyable as a substitute for dessert.
