Refined Japanese Degustation Dining
Ishizuka offers a high-end Japanese degustation experience built around a seasonal set menu. Courses progress from delicately prepared seafood to richly flavored wagyu and intricate desserts, presented with careful attention to detail. The intimate basement dining room, with views into the open kitchen, creates a focused, almost transportive atmosphere. Knowledgeable staff guide guests through the menu with polished, unobtrusive service.
