Upon entering the restaurant, the staff's response is very polite, and you quickly feel at ease. The design of the counter and the lighting are beautiful, making the dishes look even more appealing. The initial consomme is packed with umami, warming the body gently. The fish dishes have interesting accents of aroma and layers of sauce, offering new discoveries with each bite. The handmade non-alcoholic pairings harmonize surprisingly well with the dishes, creating a pleasant flow of flavors. There is also a dish that modernly arranges the essence of the region, making for a fun time filled with lively conversation.

Upgrade main dish to Wagyu Beef (about 10 dishes)

We have upgraded the main dish from Akagi beef to Akagi Wagyu beef with a special preparation. Each dish is a tribute to Gunma's culinary culture and a unique interpretation of ingredients from the local nature, and is truly Jyoshu Cuisine.
