In a clean and modern Japanese-style interior, you can spend your time in a relaxed manner. It is known for its signature udon hot pot, which raises expectations. The cold grated udon has a glossy texture and a pleasantly smooth throat feel. The separately served tempura of pike eel has a light batter, and when you squeeze some fragrant citrus over the tender flesh, it becomes even more refreshing. The tempura rice bowl comes with the sauce on the side, allowing you to pour it according to your preference, and the ingredients like shrimp and lotus root are crispy and delicious. It's also nice that you can refill your soba or udon, and you can enjoy your meal leisurely at the table.
