Toda House is well known in Ise as a competitive ryotei restaurant. Many celebrities have used the restaurant in the past, and this is also listed on the official website. I have used the restaurant several times for year-end parties and for lunch, but this time I was a little dissatisfied with my lunch. The room was cold and this was the first time I had to eat with my coat on. The food was also roughly arranged, and was not kaiseki-style but rather izakaya-style. I felt the times have changed, but I hope they keep their image as a ryotei restaurant in Ise.
