NZ Wakanu Lamb Chop ¥990~ Using the high-end brand lamb 'Wakanu' from Canterbury, South Island, New Zealand. We provide the best quality throughout the year by aging and rapidly freezing lamb that has been raised solely on grass during its peak season. Cooked at a low temperature of 51.3° for over 5 hours to achieve a moist and juicy finish, we carefully sear the surface after ordering to lock in the flavor. This dish has little odor and is something we highly recommend even for those who are not fond of lamb.
How about our special cheese risotto to conclude your dinner? Made with domestic vegetables and chicken broth, along with the rich aroma of garlic and herbs from Aomori Prefecture. The rice absorbs the umami of the ingredients and is generously mixed with cheese for a rich finish. The deep flavor and herbal notes pair excellently with both red and white wines.
