I was finally able to go after 30 years, but since I went alone, I could only eat the water dumplings and pickled celery, which was disappointing. The skin was chewy, and the filling was packed with meat, making me think, is this what dumplings are like? I enjoyed them deliciously. Next time, I want to gather more people to go.

This is the first time I have had such delicious dumplings. The skin is a bit thick, but the balance of chewiness and texture is just right, and the pork filling is finely chopped, giving it a different flavor from ground meat. The boiled dumplings and fried dumplings were so different that they hardly seemed to have the same ingredients, but both are five-star dishes. I would like to visit again with a reservation. I will definitely come back!
