[Tokyo Daikanyama] A very popular patisserie at Daikanyama Forest Gate. I reserved and purchased a Christmas whole cake for the first time. The moderate sweetness and the tartness of the strawberries were well balanced, and it was very delicious. It looked cute as well, and I think I would like to make a reservation again next year.

【Tokyo Daikanyama】 When it comes to sweets in Daikanyama, this is the place to stop by. The charming space that combines a patisserie and a café is also appealing. A La Carte ◇ Roll Cake The cream inside is delicious, but the outer sponge is a bit firm and somewhat disappointing... ◇ Cream Puff It left a rather mediocre impression, neither good nor bad... Perhaps because my expectations were high, this time it was somewhat of a miss. The staff also seemed quite tired and their response was a bit careless, which was disappointing. I will come back to buy cake again.

[Tokyo Daikanyama] A boutique rich in fresh and baked sweets, a salon de thé for afternoon tea, and a special space where you can enjoy plated desserts. The main store opened in 2024, led by Chef Hideki Eto. Set 1 ◇ Iced Café Latte ◇ Garden Set 2 ◇ Iced Café Latte ◇ Shine Muscat The Garden was inspired by the flavor of tea, but surprisingly, the sweet and sour taste of berries was stimulating. The Shine Muscat was not overly sweet with cream, making it light and delicious. It was a very charming space with only female customers present. I would like to visit again in a different season.
