I made sure to bring my wallet this time! LOL!!! : : :. ☘魚介豚骨 Tsukemen (💴880) Last time I had the signature lobster, so this time I went for something different. A lot of chicken, dried bonito, and dried bonito are thrown into the thick pork bone broth. It is heated all at once in a wok. The gusto is as bad as ever and burns my tongue every time💦. The noodles are medium-thick noodles with high water content. The soup is very light and smooth for being cooked slowly and strongly.
