An einem Wochentag nach 11 Uhr ohne Wartezeit eingetreten, um 11:30 Uhr war der Laden voll. Ich habe das Mittagsset mit Yuba-Chirashi bestellt, gekochte Yuba und Shiitake wurden auf Sushi-Reis serviert und schmeckten wie Inari-Sushi, sehr lecker. Der Salat und die Miso-Suppe enthielten Yuba, und die anderen kleinen Schalen hatten genau die richtige Menge. Der Service war angenehm, und ich möchte dieses Restaurant gerne wieder besuchen. You can also enjoy yuba sashimi and clear soup, providing a sense of satisfaction. Here, I was able to casually enjoy delicious yuba dishes.

I felt the effort in each dish at dinner, and I was very satisfied. The bread was unforgettable in its deliciousness, and I had a little more. The foie gras appetizer was smooth and made me smile involuntarily. The fillet steak was rich in flavor, showcasing the skill of the cooking. I appreciated the consideration for gluten-free bread. In the morning, I enjoyed the small bowls arranged in a box and the rice from the pot while looking at Lake Chūzenji through the large window, and I was healed by watching the little birds.

Despite that, it was so tender that I could easily break it apart with chopsticks, and it was a fluffy hamburger full of meat juice!! I got full, but I wanted to go back again soon. This time, we visited Nikko as our last trip as a couple before the birth of our child✨️. I had been to Mihashi several times before, but I thought that once the baby is born, we probably won't be able to come for a while, so I had been wanting to eat here before giving birth! The steak goes without saying, but the baked apple and oven-baked banana that I tried for the first time this time were also very delicious😆. The staff's service and consideration were wonderful; they brought us a blanket and wished us good luck with the delivery as we were leaving, which made me really happy.
