The rich flavor of homemade duck tsukune seeps out, a specialty of Asanoya in Ginza. It pairs perfectly with 100% buckwheat soba that has a smooth texture.
Hinai chicken, directly shipped from Akita, is used along with eggs from Hinai chicken. The rice is organic Akita Komachi, and it is served in a bowl with a secret sauce that is concentrated with umami, making it a 'dedicated indulgence' bowl.
We offer seasonal soba infused with the fragrance of the month on holidays. In June, it is 'Aojiso Cut'.
