This course is popular among women as it includes an appetizer "turtle jelly," which is only available in this course, and "Otohime garlic," which is flavorful and nutritious but has little odor. The main course is the "Soujyoku Gastronomic Tomoe Hot Pot" with "Yakuzen Spicy Soup" full of medicinal ingredients using 10 kinds of carefully selected medicinal herbs & "Hakyu Soup" with plump collagen. Officially known as the Berkshire breed of pig. Its entire body is black-haired, with only six white spots: the tip of the nose, the tips of four feet, and the tail, which is why it is called 'Roppaku' or 'the proof of authenticity.' It is a brand of pure black pig known as 'Roppaku Kurobuta.' ● The muscle fibers are fine and abundant, resulting in a good bite and unique flavor, making it very tender. ● Due to the high content of umami components like amino acids and neutral sugars, it has a sweetness and a rich, deep flavor. ● With a high melting point (the temperature at which fat melts), the meat fibers are well-structured and light. ● It contains a lot of unsaturated fatty acids, so the meat is not greasy and is good for the body. ● Rich in vitamin B1, the fat of 'Roppaku' has a cholesterol-reducing effect. ~A delicious and healthful ingredient for the body~
