High tea is a tradition that evolved from the British “afternoon tea” and involves enjoying a tea party that also serves as dinner. Like afternoon tea, it features black tea and sweets, but unlike afternoon tea, it is characterized by the inclusion of a main course to serve as dinner. At Sky Bar Lion d’Or, we offer “Evening High Tea,” where guests can choose whether to include an all-you-can-drink option while enjoying the flavors our hotel chef is proud to present. Please note that within your group, you may choose individually whether to include the all-you-can-drink option. The glass is layered with peach compote, crunchy granola, rich vanilla ice cream, and elderflower jelly, creating a refreshing finish.

The cocktail, colored like dusk, features a white sphere that captures fragrance. Gently touch the aroma that colors the night with your fingertips. This long-selling cocktail, 'Liond'or 1830', was created to evoke the sunset at 18:30. It is a signature drink of the Sky Bar Liond'or. Enjoy this drink while taking in the view from 60 meters above ground during twilight. Made with 'THE HERBALIST YASO GIN', crafted from local Niigata 'Echigo herbs', and shaken with sweet white wine 'Vin Doux Naturel' and 'Butterfly Pea Syrup', this is a bartender's proud creation. 'THE HERBALIST YASO GIN' is made by fermenting '80 types' of wild herbs, distilling the alcohol produced during the enzyme creation process, and then re-distilling it with '20 types' of botanicals. It features a clear, light, and transparent taste. The gas from the spherical flavor blaster spreads a refreshing aroma when flicked with your fingertips. Enjoy the harmony with the cocktail.
