The Tonchin-kan nabe features a mild miso broth and vegetables such as pork, chicken tsukune, burdock root, Chinese cabbage, and enoki mushrooms. Ramen noodles are served to finish! Please enjoy a peaceful time with everyone around the nabe.
The flavor of the ingredients is locked in while they are grilled to a plump and juicy perfection on a ceramic plate. Beef, pork, chicken, fresh vegetables, etc. can be enjoyed. For banquets, we recommend the course menu that includes four creative dishes that change monthly. We will prepare a ceramic plate for 3-4 persons according to the number of guests.
