The moment I entered, I was excited by the overseas-like atmosphere and the stylish interior. The assorted appetizers were diverse and easy to share, and the Spanish omelette particularly left an impression. The shrimp ajillo had a wonderful aroma and a delightful texture that made me happy. The saffron-colored paella was beautifully colorful with vegetables, and I could enjoy the flavorful rice on its own. The wine and sangria were easy to drink, and the glasses were generously sized. There was a sense of stability from the recipes passed down through the family, and I was thoroughly satisfied, even with the freshly made churros for dessert.

The assortment of appetizers was all rich in flavor, and I particularly loved the texture of the Spanish omelette, which was fluffy and creamy. The squid ink paella had a wonderful aroma, and the rice had just the right amount of bite, making it satisfying. The camembert ajillo was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the vegetable ajillo was also rich in flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The sangria was nicely chilled, and the balance of sweetness was pleasant. The churros for dessert were crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, and they tasted delightful on their own or dipped in the accompanying chocolate sauce. The friendly service added to the pleasant experience, allowing me to fully enjoy the stable and inherited deliciousness.
