※9名様ですと2ブース・17名様ですと3ブースの利用となります。
※混雑時は調整させて頂く場合がございますのでご了承くださいませ。
・アルコールプランとソフトドリンクプランを混合してのご登録は出来なくなっております。
・ご注文人数に未成年の方・妊娠されてる方、ドライバーの方が含まれる場合は、備考欄に人数と理由の記載をお願いいたします。ご登録後に、こちらでソフトドリンク飲み放題に変更させていただきます。
・6歳以上のお客様はプランご注文が必須となります。
・単品メニューのみご注文は出来ませんので必ずプランをご選択くださいませ。
・食事付きプランは当日購入のカット野菜・カットフルーツ・お菓子（生クリーム除く）・飲み物のみお持ち込み可能です。

■キャンセルポリシー
・BBQ食材持ち込み予約をご注文の場合
ご利用日前日18時以降のキャンセル料金はご利用料金の全額となります。
・BBQプラン・グランピングBBQプランご注文の場合
4日前までのキャンセル料金はかかりません。
3日前からキャンセル料金は半額発生致します。
前日・当日のキャンセル料金は全額となります。
※台風発生時は2日前まではキャンセル料金は発生致しません。
※貸切の場合はどのプランをご利用でも開催の13日前からキャンセル料金50％、5日前から100％となります。
※日程変更や総額減少もキャンセルポリシーの対象となります。
■ 天候悪化（強風等）に伴う営業中止について
・悪天候の影響により、BBQ会場は安全上の理由から営業を中止することが御座います。
・ご来場後に天候が悪化し営業を中止する場合、ご利用料金を含むお支払い済みの各種代金のご返金は致しません。
・営業を中止した場合、日程を変更していただきご利用をお願い致します。
(営業中止の場合は事前にデポジット料金を頂戴し、次回開催時に差し引かせて頂きます)
あらかじめご理解のほどよろしくお願い致します。
・台風が発生した場合、2日前までのキャンセルには料金は発生致しませんが、前日および当日のキャンセルには100％キャンセル料金が発生致します。
