Seiryu Eel Tsukishima uses Japanese eel that is carefully selected from the best eel farms and prepared in a state-of-the-art processing facility to deliver the most delicious eel of the season.
We offer special selected rice carefully chosen to pair well with the grilled eel from the renowned eel restaurant 'Yasuda Gibei', which has a history of 200 years in Kyoto.
