It is easily accessible on the floor of Yodobashi. The interior has a traditional Japanese decor that is calming. The carefully cooked tonkatsu is thick yet very tender, and you can distinctly taste the umami of the lean meat and the sweetness of the fat. You can enjoy it by changing the flavors with salt, soy sauce, olive oil, and fresh pepper. Since you can choose the cuts and brands, it's fun to try various options. Rice, cabbage, mentaiko, and curry are all available for unlimited refills, greatly enhancing the sense of satisfaction.
