In a warm space renovated from a traditional town house, the scent of wood gently spreads, creating a comfortable atmosphere. There are terrace seats and private rooms, and I appreciate being able to choose my favorite spot according to my mood. Orders can be easily placed from my smartphone, and the staff kindly explains the menu, so I don't feel lost even as a first-time visitor. The plate lunch features multigrain rice and crunchy Kurashiki lettuce as the main stars, accompanied by a variety of colorful vegetables. The marinated fish pairs well with the carrot dressing, providing a light yet satisfying experience. The siphon coffee I enjoyed after the meal was aromatic, allowing me to savor the lingering taste of the healthy dishes.
