Requested course meals from ¥3,000】→As a general rule, we set the price to be about 20% cheaper than single dishes (about 2 hours). Requested dishes are acceptable: It depends on the number of customers and the course price, but we accept one or two dishes that you would like to have. We have recently posted many of the "3,000 yen and up course meals" served to our customers on the "Menu version of the Eating Log", so please take a look (for reference)...❣️ The photo shows some of the requested dishes we served to a reservation for two people from outside of the prefecture for a 5,000 yen course.
Enjoy alcohol in moderation...❣️ As you may know, excessive drinking can have negative effects on your health (especially for those concerned about beautiful skin...). ★★★ If you would like to participate in the 'All-You-Can-Drink' offer, it is ¥2000 for 2 hours per person. This includes a variety of drinks such as Korean makgeolli, Korean soju, Japanese beer, and Japanese shochu, all available in the dedicated all-you-can-drink refrigerator for your enjoyment... Feel free to help yourself! Alcohol should be enjoyed in moderation...❣️ Overindulgence can have various negative health effects... (especially for those who are very concerned about skin beauty...). ★★★ For those who want 'Unlimited Drink Refills' (per person), it is ¥2000 for 2 hours. This includes all types of Korean alcohol, including makgeolli, and Japanese beer, all available in the dedicated refrigerator for unlimited drinks (customers can help themselves...).
For those without paid drinking water, we have a water server that uses mineral water. Since it is for those without paid drinking water, you can freely help yourself... (self-service) ⇒ free. The owner of our store also regularly enjoys it, so we have carefully selected water and teas (for health and beautiful skin... as you may know, everything you consume, including drinking water, greatly affects health, so be cautious...). Beef Bulgogi for two or more. Course meals start from ¥4000. For individual orders, other dishes such as Sanchu (Korean lettuce) and Namul are available for an additional charge (however, our homemade healthy kimchi is included in the set). For health reasons, we always use 'low-fat' beef (instead, we add a little sesame oil, which contains essential fatty acids, omega-6). Healthy beef bulgogi (since the stomach lacks enzymes to break down fat). Especially for 'older customers' like our owner, excessive fat intake may lead to gastrointestinal issues (if you are concerned about details, please search online). The soy sauce-based seasoning (which includes ingredients like apple and onion that help tenderize the meat and also benefit gut health) allows everyone, including infants and the elderly who may dislike spicy food, to enjoy 'Korean BBQ dishes'! In Korea, stainless steel or copper pots are common, but we use iron cooking tools to aid in the absorption of the essential mineral 'iron' for the body. Even for individual orders, recently, for our customers' health, our homemade healthy kimchi is included in the set! Beef bulgogi is prepared on the table using a table roaster. Samgyeopsal (in Korean, refers to pork belly) ⇒ For two servings ~ ★★★ Our restaurant, for health reasons, uses pork shoulder instead of fatty pork belly... ★ Course meals start from ¥3000. In the case of the ¥3000 course, unlike other Korean grilled meat dishes at our restaurant, it comes with vegetables like Sanchu (in Korean, = leafy lettuce) and homemade 'Mixed Kimchi' (without additives), so the meat (low-fat pork shoulder) is the main focus ⇒ Of course, rice and soup are also included... The ¥4000 course includes other dishes besides meat... and unlimited refills of wrapping vegetables {occasionally, we also prepare 'Choregi Salad' (vegetable salad) with a little extra effort...}. Pork Belly (Korean ⇒ refers to pork belly) ⇒ Main dish, for two servings. Lightly salted seasoning. Young people, regardless of the country, often have little connection to healthy food (Korea is no exception!). Many Koreans (especially the younger generation) prefer the grilled pork belly, which has a fragrant aroma and taste from the fat, but currently, our restaurant does not serve pork belly to customers unless reserved for health reasons (as it contains a lot of 'saturated fatty acids' which can lead to various health issues if consumed excessively... Cheese Dakgalbi (for 2 servings or more). ★ Course meals start from ¥3000. Our restaurant offers chicken thighs, vegetables, mushrooms, tteokbokki rice cakes, etc., and finally, melting cheese. It is flavored with Korean chili pepper paste 'Gochujang' (spiciness can be adjusted). The noticeable fat from the chicken thighs (which contains a lot of saturated fatty acids) will be removed as much as possible (the fatty skin can be excluded upon customer request). Instead, a little sesame oil, which contains essential fatty acid omega-6 (an oil that is necessary for the human body but can cause obesity and inflammation if consumed in excess; for more details, please search online). Peeled garlic. When eaten raw, it has a strong smell and can irritate the stomach if consumed in excess, but as you may know, it has various benefits (such as antibacterial properties and cancer prevention). The reason many Koreans have smooth and beautiful skin may also be due to garlic...!? (It is rich in vitamin B, which is good for skin health...) However, moderation is key... (If you're curious about why, please search online...). It is one of the 'basic condiments' in Korean cuisine (including various dishes like kimchi...). 'Vegetables' ⇒ Sanchu (Korean, types of leafy lettuce) or perilla leaves, along with our pride, handmade additive-free mixed kimchi. Extra large bone-in beef short ribs with a soy sauce base... Satisfying to eat (by the way, depending on the restaurant, a typical serving of grilled meat is about 100 grams). Short rib meat is originally a fatty type of meat, but we remove noticeable fat for health reasons during seasoning. The meat around the bone is a bit tough, but it is rich in collagen... (In Korea, it has always been a high-end ingredient, but in Japan, where people are used to tender meat, the slightly chewy texture may be a matter of preference...! Sanchu (in Korean) = Sunnyleaf type. It is an essential vegetable in Korean cuisine (a type of vegetable rich in dietary fiber, folic acid, and other nutrients) ⇒ If you are concerned about nutritional value, please search online... Our restaurant offers a Sanchu salad (a vegetable salad based on sunnyleaf = Choregi salad) without using hands, but also with 'Sanchu and Samjang miso'... ⇒ The Sanchu salad (=Choregi salad) is available as a single item, but the course meal starts from 4000 yen... Perilla leaf. In Korea, it is often eaten wrapped with meat, sashimi, etc., layered with Sanchu (Korean for a type of lettuce), and is a type of aromatic vegetable. ★ In Korea, it can be eaten raw, stir-fried, added to hot pots, or pickled in a kimchi style. Perilla leaves are preferred by many in Korea, but in Japan, there is a clear preference due to its unique aroma and slightly tough texture (high in dietary fiber). ★ It belongs to the mint family and, like shiso, has antibacterial and preservative properties. In particular, perilla oil, pressed from the seeds, is rich in essential fatty acids like omega-3 fatty acids (alpha-linolenic acid), which are essential for 'vascular health' and 'brain health.' It is said to eliminate the unpleasant odors of meat and fish.
Green chili pepper. In Japan, there is no habit of eating it raw, but in Korea, it is eaten raw with grilled meat and sashimi, along with lettuce, as 'sweet green chili pepper' (as you may know, vitamin C is sensitive to heat, so it makes sense to consume it raw to retain the nutrients of the vegetables...!). It is a common type of vegetable (the spiciness of chili peppers varies from sweet to hot depending on the type). It contains many essential nutrients for beautiful skin (especially rich in vitamin C) ⇒ if you are concerned, search online... The owner also consumes it almost daily during the peak season (mainly summer) raw with miso (sauce) ⇒ there are house-grown ones available year-round, but field-grown ones are not always available... Choregi Salad (Korean Language in Japan?!). Basic 'Vegetable Salad' made with Sanchu (Korean, a type of lettuce). This is a plate dish served to customers of course meals, but the lower part is 'Choregi Salad' ⇒ a vegetable salad mainly featuring Sanchu, which is a Japanese-style Korean dish (?!). In our course meals (4000 yen or more), we sometimes serve this vegetable salad instead of Sanchu (a type of lettuce) that you can wrap meat in. In Japanese yakiniku restaurants, it is also called 'Choregi Salad', but as far as the owner knows, there is no such dish name in Korea!!! ⇒ Probably, the owner thinks it is a word developed from a Korean dialect (?!). ★ There is also a special vegetable salad (with a lot of variety and quantity) ⇒ ¥800. 【The dish photo is a plate dish served to customers of course meals】
Choregi Salad. A vegetable salad mainly featuring Sanchu (Korean, a type of leafy lettuce). ★ For course meals over ¥4000, Sanchu may be substituted depending on the situation... It allows for the intake of enzymes from raw vegetables, making it healthy (our restaurant uses more than 10 types of vegetables) ⇒ health food. Ssamjang (in Korean). In Korea, it is an essential 'all-purpose miso' when eating meat and other dishes with fresh vegetables. Especially, it is an indispensable miso for the famous 'Samgyeopsal' (in Korean, referring to pork belly). Our restaurant mainly uses protein-rich soybean miso... (Korea's basic miso is soybean miso, but Japan has various types of miso made from different ingredients). If you're curious, please search online... Our Ssamjang miso is handmade at our restaurant... (Although there are many commercially available Korean products, at this age, I am concerned about additives...). This is 'raw miso' that has not been heated, so the nutrients such as digestive enzymes, koji mold, lactic acid bacteria, and vitamins are preserved...! It is a fermented food miso that is good for the body (especially rich in lactic acid bacteria, which is beneficial for intestinal health). To counteract the weakness of miso, which is its saltiness, we add plenty of nutritious, oxidation-resistant, and easily absorbable 'ground sesame'...! (For a milder Ssamjang...) This is an additive-free healthy miso. Our Ssamjang miso has a restrained sweetness (Korean cuisine, unlike Japanese cuisine, often does not include much sweetness). By the way, in Korea, there is a strong image that Japanese food is sweet! Takeout is ¥1000 (for orders over ¥1000, please make a reservation... Perilla leaf kimchi. ★ Perilla leaves are a nutritious vegetable (if you're curious, search online...), and we also include other vegetables... (it depends on your preference, but to prevent excessive salt intake, we serve it with a light salad flavor...). ★ As it ages, the natural bitterness of the vegetables becomes more pronounced, so it is always 'reservation required' for freshness... ★ [Takeout requires reservation at least 2-3 days in advance, 500 yen per serving (for two or more), while a light flavor is good for health, the salt concentration can be adjusted according to customer preference...] ★ Originally, it is a strongly salted preserved food, but we serve it with a light flavor like a vegetable salad... Mixed nuts. Served to customers of our course meals, 'side dishes (bottom right side dish)'. Various nuts, sardines, sesame, etc. ⇒ Healthy food (rich in vitamin E, especially good for beautiful skin, and sardines rich in DHA and EPA... ⇒ However, for various reasons, the quantity should be moderate...). If trying at home, it is expensive, but fresh ingredients are recommended (walnuts, which are high in omega-3 fatty acids, are prone to oxidation...) ⇒ By the way, it seems that hospitals in Korea actively recommend omega-3 fatty acids (including supplements)! ★ Our seasoning is simply mixed with a little sesame oil, which is an essential fatty acid omega-6, and honey... the saltiness is sufficient with the saltiness of the sardines. The vegetable types in Fukuchan Restaurant's Water Kimchi change slightly each time for health reasons, so we try to use as many types of vegetables as possible... Kimchi Jeon. It has skin-beautifying effects and is rich in dietary fiber. The 'Kimchi' contains various seasonings and vegetables, which boost immunity (especially aged (fermented) kimchi has a lot of lactic acid bacteria). Various ingredients are used (our restaurant uses not only fermented kimchi but also vegetables, seafood, and lean meats). If you try it at home, Korean pancake flour is fine, but since the kimchi is salty, it may turn out a bit salty (our restaurant uses a unique blend of wheat flour, rice flour, etc.).
