The store located in a corner of the warehouse has a long lane in the center, with a counter and tables arranged comfortably, creating a cozy atmosphere. Since most dishes are not on a conveyor belt, you order directly, and it's enjoyable to choose while having a light conversation with the chef. The tuna, octopus, and squid are fresh, and the balance with the rice makes you want to eat more plates. Tasting the cherry sea bream with salt brings out a refined sweetness that makes you involuntarily exclaim. The red demon roll, filled with natto and spicy miso, is quite stimulating, and despite breaking a sweat, it leaves a lingering deliciousness. The waiting area, lined with an irori (traditional Japanese hearth) and sake bottles, also has a great atmosphere, making it a wonderful sushi restaurant that can be casually enjoyed by families and solo diners alike.
