Sitting at the counter, you can relax in a calm space. The aged fish, carefully prepared by the chef, has a rich aroma, and the moment it enters your mouth, the umami spreads. The particularly sticky squid and the sweet shrimp are impressive, making you smile involuntarily. The kampachi served in a shabu-shabu style has a hint of kombu flavor, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. The nigiri is substantial in size, providing a satisfying bite, and you can enjoy the harmony with the rice. Even the fish bone somen and sake lees gelato that came out at the end were not skimped on, allowing you to fully appreciate the blessings of the sea throughout the entire course.
