An original developed in collaboration with Oya Sake Brewery, founded in 1830 in Aikawa Town, Aikou District, Kanagawa Prefecture. This local sake is made specifically to be enjoyed with Kushibe's grilled chicken and grilled pork. It will be served alongside grilled skewers with 'salt' or 'sauce'. The quantity is small, so please order it as a sub-drink. It will be served in a special glass! *By the way, it does not have a 'salty' or 'sauce' flavor! It is a sake meant to enjoy in harmony with grilled skewers.
