I went to buy meat for a barbecue, and when I grilled it at home, it was surprisingly juicy. Each piece was thick and tender, especially the skirt and loin, which had the best texture. It comes with a miso sauce that you can marinate yourself and a refreshing soy sauce, so it's fun to change the flavor according to your preference. If you request a reservation, the pickup is smooth, and there was almost no waiting time. There are limited parking spaces in front of the store, but it's convenient to use the spacious parking lot of the pet shop next door. I was very satisfied with the quality of the meat and the service that you can only experience at a specialty store, which you can't find in supermarkets.
