It is located near a famous bridge, making it an easy place to drop by. You can spend a relaxing time in a calm private room with tatami mats, and the view is beautiful. The grilled eel is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, perfectly complemented by the mild sauce. The aroma of sansho pepper wafts through the air, further stimulating your appetite. The dashimaki tamago (Japanese rolled omelette) is warm and freshly made, with a delightful gentle sweetness. The atmosphere of this long-established restaurant, which has been around since the Taisho era, makes you feel special.

The Evening Detached offers kaiseki cuisine for one group per day. This 'Special Kaiseki' uses seasonal ingredients lavishly and includes matcha after the meal. You can enjoy precious moments with your loved ones or spend time with like-minded friends without any worries. Experience the tranquility of the night at Yamanaka Onsen, which is different from the bustling tourist spots during the day. Due to the size of the room and serving arrangements, we kindly ask for reservations for approximately 2 to 10 people. If you have any other requests regarding budget or other matters, please feel free to consult us. A separate service charge of 15% will be applied only for the 'Evening Detached Special Kaiseki.' Thank you for your understanding.
