The simple mugitro set meal is accompanied by kamaboko and pickles from Odawara, allowing you to enjoy the flavors of the region. The yam that goes well with barley rice is the best, and its deliciousness makes it hard to stop eating. The yam has a rich umami flavor from the dashi, and you can be satisfied with it as is. When combined with condiments like green onions, seaweed, and wasabi, the flavors change and it's enjoyable. It comes with a hot spring egg, miso soup, pickles, tofu, and even kamaboko, making for a well-rounded meal. You can eat calmly at the table, and the service is smooth. The menu is focused on one item, so you can order without hesitation and fully enjoy the goodness of barley and yam.
