This is a convenient tonkatsu restaurant located in the basement of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The pork cutlet made from Shigemoto pork is crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. The loin has a moderate richness from the fat, while the tenderloin is free of sinew and has a sweet flavor. The rice and shredded cabbage are also delicious, making it hard to stop eating. The interior has many seats, and even when crowded, it is lively and enjoyable to dine. You can really appreciate the deliciousness of the meat, leaving you satisfied.
