■The star of the show is the "Kuro-O," a long-term raised Kuro Satsuma chicken that the owner loves. This high quality Jidori chicken is carefully grilled one by one by our chefs using 100% Kishu Binchotan charcoal made by the best chefs in Wakayama. The restaurant's specialty is to grill the chicken on Kotobukita's custom-built griddle, which makes the outside of the chicken's skin crispy with the aroma of the charcoal fire and the inside surprisingly juicy.
