It is wonderful to enjoy a leisurely meal while looking out at Sakurajima and Kinko Bay from the 13th floor of the hotel. The course is French-style, utilizing local ingredients, and each dish is exciting. The way to eat the bread by dipping it in olive oil and combining it with nuts and herbs was refreshing and very fragrant. The main dishes of sea bream and chicken were cooked to perfection, and the flavors of the ingredients were well conveyed. The sauce made with tea and the subtle aroma of the bread added accents, making it enjoyable until the end. The attentive care of the staff was pleasant, allowing us to spend precious time with family in a relaxed manner.
