Owner / Alice, Nutritionist, Dietary Life Advisor, Representative Director of the Japan Chinese Tea Pairing Association, Chinese Tea Pairing Researcher, originally from Shenyang, China. After 10 years of experience in human resources at a major Japanese company, I realized the importance of physical and mental health for humans and decided to engage in health through food and Chinese tea. While obtaining a nutritionist qualification and mastering Chinese tea, I opened Yi Cha Yi Jiu in the spring of 2019 after a 5-year preparation period. Since January 2020, I have been holding a Chinese tea class once a month. My research theme is the pairing of Chinese tea and cuisine. I currently regularly hold Chinese tea pairing tea parties, Spring Festival tea parties, and host courses for obtaining the 'Chinese Tea Samurai' qualification. I am very happy if I can contribute to the health of body and mind by providing a nutritionally balanced diet and Chinese tea.
