Nostalgic aroma of Chinese noodles I came to the restaurant for pure soy sauce ramen based on word of mouth. The parking lot has enough space for one car in the back and about 10 cars at a little distance from the restaurant. On the way from the parking lot to the restaurant, I could smell the nostalgic aroma of Chinese noodles. There were 5 sheets of nori added, and although I could not see what was inside, there was a piece of thickly sliced chashu pork and a large amount of thin bamboo shoots that I added. This ramen is more appropriate for a Chinese noodle than a nostalgic soy sauce ramen (๑̀ㅂ́)و✧.
