This is a shop centered around rice balls. It's fun to choose the number and ingredients yourself. They are made fresh for each order, so you can really enjoy the aroma of the rice and the crispiness of the seaweed. The soy sauce egg yolk and mentaiko are rich in flavor, and you can feel the presence of the ingredients no matter where you take a bite. There are daily side dishes and salads, along with warm pork miso soup, allowing you to enjoy various combinations. The chunky texture of the potato salad is great, and the overall balance is very good.
