The calm space with only a counter has a new wooden scent and is very relaxing. The course is left to the chef's discretion, and the Tsukuba chicken and seasonal vegetables come out at a good pace, creating excitement. The skewers are crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a sweet and spicy sauce that makes you want to keep drinking. The combination of condiments and vegetables sandwiched between the chicken breast and bonjiri is innovative, and each skewer brings a surprise. The side dishes, such as smoked items and cream stews, are creatively presented, showcasing a wide range that makes it hard to believe it's just a yakitori restaurant. Thanks to the cheerful staff and friendly owner, the conversation flowed, and I was able to enjoy a leisurely and pleasant time.
