I ordered Tempura Soba and Yam Tororo Rice. Tempura is served separately from soba noodles and includes tempura prawn tempura and nori tempura. The tempura prawn tempura is a delicious match for the soba noodles in the broth. The yam yam yam rice is excellent, with the stickiness of the yam and the richness of the egg yolk, and the flavor is rich and excellent. The salted soba (buckwheat noodle) is also very original and is an exquisite dish using only salt and kelp. Next time, I would like to come back for a drink.
