The atmosphere was relaxed, and I felt the energy from the moment I walked in. The signature dish, Tosa-yaki, was a plate of stir-fried chives and chicken skin with garlic miso, which had a wonderful aroma that made it hard to stop eating. The chicken skin was plump and not heavy, possibly because the excess fat had been removed. The bonito tataki was enjoyed with salt, and I was satisfied with the strong umami flavor. There were many options, from grilled chicken and small hot pots to seafood dishes, and the teba gyoza and nankotsu tsukune were also delicious. The counter seating was popular, and I felt it was a cozy place with many locals.
