After graduating from university, I refined my skills at a prestigious establishment in Ginza, then accumulated experience around the world, including Europe and the Caribbean. I absorbed diverse cultures and techniques and obtained numerous professional qualifications. In 2014 I opened a venue in Singapore and have been promoting the appeal of Japanese bartending to the world. I am currently also focusing on training the next generation and on international activities.
